How to request a return or refund
- Email theteam@vaginalprobiotics.net with your order number and the reason for your return (optional; we don't require a reason, but it helps us improve).
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Products do not need to be returned unless specifically requested by our team.
- We accept returns on opened products; you do not need to finish a full pouch to request a refund.
- Refunds apply to the product price. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at theteam@vaginalprobiotics.net with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping if applicable.
Your rights under Canadian consumer law
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer protection law of your province or territory (for example the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002). Those rights apply in addition to this policy.
